Valve Index VR Kit

Valve Index is a virtual reality headset created and manufactured by Valve. Announced on April 30, 2019, the headset released on June 28, 2019. The Index is a second generation headset and the first to be manufactured by Valve. What stands out here is Valve's refresh rate, which at 120hz / 144hz is incredibly high compared to existing systems. The headset uses dual 1,440 x 1,600 LCDs, which offer 50 percent more subpixels than OLEDs and allows for sharper image quality. Currently, the Rift, Vive and Vive Pro use OLEDs.

The Valve Index headset also comes with integrated headphones and a front expansion slot so it can be modified for specific use cases.

HTC Vive pro

The HTC Vive Pro is a virtual reality headset developed by HTC and Valve. The headset uses "room scale" tracking technology, allowing the user to move in 3D space and use motion-tracked handheld controllers to interact with the environment. Featuring a 110° field of view and dual front-facing cameras, the HTC Vive Pro allows for total immersion in a virtual reality environment. The 2880 x 1600 total resolution, 615 ppi, and a 90 Hz refresh rate deliver detailed graphics and motion for smooth gameplay and realistic movement.

HTC Vive Pro's built-in convenience and safety features are seamlessly integrated for an uninterrupted experience. The Chaperone guidance system alerts you if you approach the boundaries of the play area, while a front-facing camera blends physical elements into the virtual world.
